BILL SALTER HEATING AND COOLING

I came into contact with Bill Salter Heating & Cooling initially through Choice Home Warranty. He has been to my home on multiple occasions due to my two aging HVAC systems. They replaced my upstairs system completely and have done a tremendous job on keeping my older downstairs unit running efficiently. Even when delayed on another scheduled job, they stayed in touch with me, update the eta & have worked late into the evening on needed repairs and they stand behind their work 100%. I highly recommend Bill Salter Heating and Cooling and think they are an excellent company.

Had an appointment through my home warranty for them to come to my house. Not only did they not call but they also never showed up and wont answer my phone calls. Unreliable, disrespectful and unprofessional.

UPDATE: Mr. Salter did call at 11:49 am (Sun.) He arrived at 8:45 pm. My neighborhood watch calling to check on me. :-) due to the late hour. He hit the reset button, I do have heat now, but we are not sure why the unit stopped working, how long it will continue to work. Thanks for coming out even at the late hour, dark, raining, and severe storm warning. I was made aware from Choice Home Warranty, with Covid-19 many technicians were not taking service calls. I do still have 30 days on this claim if it goes out again. 04/13/2020

Initial visit with David was friendly and quick with HVAC service, but next day heat still wasn't heating our home and we have a small infant he was aware of. He offered a free 30day warranty, text/call with any issue, and to replace our old thermostat with a digital one. However, he never replied to texts or returned our calls and wanted us to go directly through him and not the warranty company. He was referred from our home owner's warranty- bad 1st claim experience.
