TLDR: ER Construction charges for otherwise free estimates then does not complete the work or respond to any form of communication. - ER Construction charges $75 to submit a bid for work whereas the industry standard is free of charge as it is only an estimate. - ER Construction was notified of the two week Due Diligence period for a home under contract to which a bid was not submitted before the closing date. - ER Construction charged me to do the estimate then NEVER submit a bid. - ER Construction was contacted numerous times to get either a bid or the money back and they never responded to any emails or phone calls. Do not let this be your contracting nightmare that takes thousands of your money and disappears!
