Allseal did not repair any french drain for me as in response to my previous written review. We did however, discuss it & I was told my warranty would stand. Not until after a different ditch was dug & I was overcharged for time not spent did he tell me that he wasn't the same company. I wrote him a check to All Seal & he insisted I had to write him a personal check, which I I should have seen the red flag then. They ssid they were both on disability, one having a wooden leg & one with back injury. When I called them back about the french drain put in by All Seal, that is when I was told they were a different outfit & would not be fixing it. Had they have told me up front, I would have never engaged business with them at all. I felt scammed. When I told him that, he was rude over the phone.

Beware Allseal (no space) Water specialists are not the same as All Seal Water specialists. These are different people & service is nowhere near the same standard. Buried a pipe. I felt overcharged & never showed up till near night on more than one day. Seemed to be jack of all trades & master of none.

Morninng Side | Oct 2016 | Job location Morningside Manor This customer has water entering the basement through the walls and through cracks in the basement floor called hydrostatic pressure. Allseeal repaired the problem y installing a interior french drain. As you can see in the photos we came out from the walls in the basement and cut the concrete floor 18" from the wall and dug down to the foundation installed corregated pipe around the ditch and at the corner of the basement ran the pipe out the wall and 40" away from the home now all the water is captured in the pipe and flows out the pipe and into the yard 40" from the home. This is the most popular way to repair a leaking basement and the least expensive compaired to exterior repairs | $4k | Winston Salem, NC |
