Hello, I am Cynthia Schremmer, Co-Owner and Founder of Magic Maids of FL LLC. Let me start by saying that we are taking this situation and your concerns very seriously. Our reputation and respect within the community are of the utmost importance to us, and we regret that you felt the need to address your concerns publicly, and not allowing us the opportunity to resolve this. We have a zero tolerance policy for theft and/or drug use. All employees are well aware that a violation of either policy will result in immediate termination, as well as appropriate legal action. Prior to your recent allegations, Magic Maids has never received any report of theft or illegal activity by our staff. In the event that your allegations are proven to be true, it will not be taken lightly, and the person and/or persons responsible will be held accountable. Meanwhile, we will be reevaluating and rewriting our policies, implementing new ones in order to protect our customers, as well as our staff, and making every effort to ensure that there are no issues like this in the future.
