***BUYER BEWARE**** I'VE BEEN SCAMMED...had this issue since my screen room has been installed. Any time it rains water pours into my patio. The company has yet to fix the issue They only show up to look at it because I continue to call and text. They have no desire to fix the problem and I've paid in full. They've probably bandaided it half a dozen times but the leaks are still the same. This has been going on since Last September. I've sent them pictures and videos of the leaks and they keep saying they're gonna fix it but they don't. I've had at least 2 dozen occasions when they say they're coming out to fix it and they don't call or show up at all. I've been more than patient but I feel taken advantage of. I contacted another roofing company to get a repair estimate and advised them that I'll forward the bill if they don't fix it, just to see if they'll take me more seriously. Yet again they said they'd come out and modify what they worked on but never showed up.
