Touch of the Carpenter LLC NO LONGER IN BUSINESS

I would definitely not recommend this company. Had them custom build a counter for my business. They measure and sketched the drawing with measurement written down. When they were installing I noticed an entire bank of drawers AND a separate small counter were made to small. Apparently Mark, the owner, did not follow the measurements. Other issues included the laminate seams did not match up and there was a gap where the counter was supposed to connect to the wall. He made many promises to fix everything but did not come back! My mistake was to pay in full before the project was fixed... I thought they were good for their word. NOT! Quality of work- poor, Customer Service - less than poor. Do not use this company.

I gave them more than they asked for a deposit, $2,018, of the total estimate of $3,018 over a year ago. They didn't do ANY work other than ordering the laminate. I changed my mind and decided to do granite. I was told last November they would give me a refund of over $600 and I haven't seen it yet. DO NOT GIVE THEM A PENNY MORE THAN THEY ASK FOR. STILL WAITING FIRE MY REFUND. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND VERY DISSATISFIED.

Touch of the Carpenter has completed several creative projects for me. Countertops, drop leaf shelving, and covering special-sized doors. He even rebuilt a water-damaged dinette in our motor home. I would definitely recommend him for any projects!

Mark and his teamed did a great job on my new counter top. Their workmanship was great, it was completed on time and as promised. I would not hesitate to use the again.
