We were both feeling tired and getting headaches and suspected we had an issue with mold or allergens or the overall air quality. First we called a local home inspector and mold inspector that was referred to us by our former realtor, but we did not feel confident at all with their answers on the phone. My husband did some research and we ended up using StoneCrest Team based on all the positive reviews, especially with Better Business Bureau. StoneCrest Team is absolutely awesome! I called them to discuss options, pricing, health risk concerns, and just overall information. The other companies did not want to answer all our questions, but Max spent ample time on the phone offering his advice and professional opinion. He was incredibly honest and transparent, which we appreciated, especially as we had not yet booked the inspection During the inspection, he educated us on mold, what he was doing, the testing and lab process, next steps, and remediation options and processes. They were able to identify problems that could not be seen if not without their cool special cameras and tools - they found not only mold but the hidden source as well. The final report was really thorough, both our insurance adjuster and restoration company commented how they covered everything - nice! They came out again after the clean up was done to do the mold clearance test and make sure all was done correctly by the restoration company. They are a super helpful and professional team, we have already referred them to our friends! Definitely the best company we have worked with!
