Dale's Gas Appliance Repair, Inc.

I've now had Dale's Gas out servicing my pool at least 6 times over the past 3 years and there service is horrible. All services have been under warranty through Pentair. We only had one of their techs that knew what they were doing. They replaced a leaking back flush valve for my filter, it then continued to leak in a different part of the new valve and was blowing DE in my pool. The Tech could not figure it out and wanted to replumb a new valve. I called another company and paid them myself to get it properly diagnosed and ended up being that Dale's Gas installed the wrong part. On another event I had them out for noisy pump and a bad LED light. It's been 13 weeks and I still haven't received my replacement light yet, I was told one week. I called Pentair and they said that they shipped the part with 2 day air and to call Dale's Gas. I've continued to have problems with my pool equipment and Dale's Gas has not made it easy. Lastly, I called Pentair with an additional problem with my chlorine generator and when talking to Dale's Gas to schedule an appointment they could not give me an explanation of why it has been so long to replace my light and the soonest they could get me in is 2 weeks and I told them that I need something better from them. Someone else interrupted the call and asked me if I enjoy talking to people that way and to go somewhere else. So I recommend everyone to follow their advice. Stay away from Dale's Gas and GO SOMEWHERE else. No matter what, it is not professional to hag up on someone.
