I know Bryan for a few years now, first impression... very humble, honest and knowledgeable person. The first time I used his service I was not even at home, he stopped by, fixed the issue and then came back later again to make sure that I was happy and then he charged me. He could made up some ridiculous repair while I was out if he wanted too. I was very Pleased !!! Second time, we needed a new unit. Because of the busy schedule, we could not get the job going for at least over a week, so Brian Ponder sent his team again to re-charge the system with freon, as a courtesy so at least we could have a more comfortable weekend. Wow ! Bryan and his team went above and beyond the call of duty by performing a few extras here and there to make sure that the new unit will work properly and efficiently. They are super neat and clean at what they do, it seemed that my a/c was going to be presented at some fancy art gallery, it was amazing to see this guys in action. I am very happy with the job performed. Without hesitation I am recommending Snodgrass and Brian Ponder

Snodgrass Air Conditioning and Heating was recommended to me by a co-worker. I had been out of town for the weekend at the beach and upon my return I noticed that the house was warmer than normal. I called Snodgrass Air Conditioning and Heating on Sunday afternoon, and with a few instructions over the phone I was able to unfreeze my A/C coils and Brian (the Owner) showed up the next morning and repaired my ageing A/C unit. My A/C unit has been working great ever since. I HIGHY recommend them!!!!!

Extremely knowledgeable and very fair. Honest, that's for sure! They have worked on our old units several times and have never tried to sell us a new unit or anything else unnecessarily.
