Horrible - One of the worst experiences we had. Wouldn't show up, showed up late, wanted money to go buy things that he should have had. Would leave the job and not come back for hours. DO NOT HIRE!

I hired Mark to do a kitchen remodel, fix a shower in the bathroom and flooring and paint spare bedroom. He assured me that he would have it done in six weeks time. 12 weeks in and not one single room was completed. I unfortunately I was naive enough to trust him and he was paid the full $6000 he had quoted me to do the job. The more I asked him to speed up, the slower he became. He was smoking pot in my kitchen and took a card given to him to purchase materials and bought almost $400 in CBD gummies. Then left me without any hot water for a week. I had broke my ankle in April and had to take cold showers. He said he wouldn’t fix it unless he was paid even more money. I told. Him to get out. Turns out that the hot water heater was his fault as he had placed a 220 breaker in a slot only able to hold a 110. Ii give him 2 stars because what work did get done the quality was good. I would not hire Mark again and feel sorry for anyone that does. He is slow and disrespectful as well as he stole from me when he bought the gummies.

It has been several times since I started a review and it disappeared. So much for that. I hired Mark after I asked my friend if they (his brother in law) would help said that they are so busy with the other business their not able to do anything else. Enter Mark, I and my husband both said we need the bathroom ripped out and redone like a NEW bathroom. Mark was hired, after we agreed on a price. throughout the whole project I was looking around and asking questions, as I was interested in what he was doing. Mark was very busy after he pulled up the floor and saw how bad the copper pipes were he redid all the pipes, (NEW) found a leak and took care of it and new pipes on the washer in the other room, I was surprised that he did this, I found it to be very professional and very commendable, because he didn't have to do all this extra work. Mark said I have to make it right or it just won't do, if I left it along and didn't fix it the way it should be then I would not be very dependable. lowered the ceiling put in insulation on top of the green board, this story is very long to go into every thing he did but I can tell you the job was super. On to the start of the new shower (no tub) and then floor and the linoleum. Well, enough of that, Mark put in the vanity the exhausts fan and lights all the electrical outlets, Medical cabinet, etc. When all was said and done, my bathroom was beautiful, painted, woodwork, new door, etc, I could not imagine that the new bathroom would have been so awesome, Mark did such a great job, and all by him self. Mark also did a few smaller jobs in the house, cabinet's four of them three over the stove with a exhaust fan and light! another job well done. on the the new door for the laundry room, fixed the half floor in the back laundry room so the water hot tank would not fall through the floor put a new drip pan underneath the tank. such a professional job. I would hire Mark again because I like his work, and looks liked every thing will last forever. Wouldn't you know it before Mark left after all the work was done, we hired him again to put up a new porch, it if beautiful made me railings with spindles, didn't ask for banisters but I did call him and ask him if he would put them in and it does make the porch look much better, he made it like a deck, and I'm so happy and it is so sturdy it will last longer than the house,LOL. Now all I can say is thank you Mark for such a great job. My house inside and out looks so BEAUTIFUL!!! A JOB WELL DONE!!! THANKS MARK i will hire Mark again or any handyman jobs, without a doubt .
