Excellent service. Very professional company and Sami from the company was very helpful. He fixed the dryer within half hour and then he saw that there was some debris stuck in the fan area. He could have gone after doing the repair but he went the extra mile to open the back panel, take out the debris from behind and gave very good advise on how to avoid any mishaps in future which can unfortunately even result in a fire. On another incident, our Garbage Disposal stopped working and I called him for advise. He sent video of how to troubleshoot instead of coming for a diagnostic payable visit and I was able to fix the Disposal myself. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone for good appliance repair and service.

Something fishy is going on. I called American Home Shields for my dishwasher. They assigned All City Appliance Repair based in Woodbridge, VA. Tech came out-- quickly said not covered under warranty because of mouse chewing through wires. I'll need to replace (at my own cost). Checked behind the dishwasher and found the wires pristine...mice droppings but nothing chewed. Called AHS and asked for second opinion. Was assigned Appliance Protection. Called the number...they told me they already sent someone out! When I questioned them, they told me that All City Appliance Repair's phone number is temporarily out so she is answering phone calls for both companies. (?!) So now I'm trying to call AHS back because I'm sure I won't get an unbiased second opinion from a company that partners with each other! Oh...and All City Appliance Repair has MANY 1 star reviews.

Terrible customer service. The tech left within 5 min after I asked him to stop yelling at me. Do not hire!
