First off I want to start by saying that the sales reps lie ! Just to get commission and products out the door ! Another thing I was suppose to get my furniture all by November 25th I was given 3 different days the last date being November 25th to get my living room furniture and my bedroom set and also my children’s bunk beds and all I received was mattress and living room furniture ! They don’t even have the audacity to call you and tell you there’s been a change on the order date I found out from delivery that bunk bed is tik Jan now and bedroom set mid December which is unacceptable for me because my kids need the bunk beds and so I called the office NUMEROUS times and no answer and the two times they did they answered and hung up on the phone on me so I called again and finally an actual answer and I asked for the manager the gentleman I spoke with said he would get him out me on hold for almost 10 mins and the phone rings again and same person answers ! And then tells me manager was unavailable but would call me and NEVER DID !!!! Told him I wanted to cancel my order he proceeded with that he couldn’t because delivery truck wasn’t back yet but he will do it for me around 6pm or call me and never did !! Worse customer service experience EVER !!!! I do not recommend this place if anyone wants to deal with good honest sales people and have a great customer service experience go to regancy furniture or Ashley furniture the people there are great and on point with delivery. You won’t get any surprises.
