We hired Powerhouse Remodeling to replace a 25+yo sloping, pressure-treated lumber deck, with a new Ipe deck. We could not be happier. They paid great attention to detail, and the final product shows their craftsmanship. Work started on time and finished on time, with a slight delay on the oiling process due to weather. We hired Steve to replace our deck (~380 sq ft) and build a screened in porch on most of it. His crew did a fantastic job and were very nice. Worked long hours to complete the job on time. Every detail was accounted for including little touches for molding. Highly recommend.
