I was really happy with J & E Home Service for my chimney cleaning. They diagnosed a problem we had been having. I went into the office and was able to schedule an appointment right away. There is a two hour window as to when the person will arrive which is pretty reasonable. I was happy when the person called me and said he could come a little earlier than scheduled. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and he cleaned anything that got dirty after the chimney cleaning. I would definitely use this company again.
