After the early 2019 wind storm, our roof saw significant damage on one side. After looking at review sites and making phone calls, I had several companies come out to take a look. Hands down, CR MASTER ROOFING was most impressed with not only their roofing knowledge but their knowledge in how to work with the insurance companies. CRM went up to bat for me against my insurance who wanted to pay a claim for less than the true damage that was done. In the end, CRM was able to get a quality roof installed after the back-and-forth with insurance to get as much covered as possible. Scheduling was a breeze, they showed up on time, and it took less time than quoted. Even though there were a couple of hiccups along the way, they handled them well and kept me informed.
