DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!! Neighbors hired them, we did not! They apparently have a history of having police involved. Neighbors hired them to have a few trees cut down. We were aware they were having trees cut down at some point, but we were UNaware of the when/how. I came home Wed and found Goff's Tree Experts between our homes, but on OUR property too (uninvited). They had made a huge mess in our yard, driven on our yard, messed up a flower bed... I go inside and there's no water pressure, water sputtering, or none at all. Suddenly I hear these loud "booms!" I look out our master bedroom window and 4-5 ft from the window is a guy standing in a ladder/bucket, 20+ ft in the air, with a chainsaw in his hand, cutting down a huge tree, and pushing the huge stumps off the side, letting them bounce off the ground and slam into the side of OUR home! Chainsaw dust is flying everywhere, including directly over our H/A unit which is under our bedroom window and getting sucked inside our home! Husband gets home 15m later, goes outside and sure enough they've busted a water line in our yard! They've literally got tree stumps leaned up against OUR home in our flower bed (why not lean them us against the neighbors home - as in the people having the trees cut down?!!) Husband is mad, of course...tells them "you've busted my water line!" Tree guy in charge tells him he knows, but he "fixed it." Husband tells him "it's not fixed, we have no water!" Tree guy in charge shows my husband where it's busted and these guys had actually DUG UP in our yard...and when he lifts up mud, water shoots straight up into the air! And the nerve of the little tree guy "in charge" (what a joke) to have an attitude with my husband, and be a smart mouth little jerk... I'm inside and one quick search online and I find these guys have a crappy history. Very unlikely this is going to go well. So my husband calls police to come and file a report, as these guys are likely not even bonded/insured, and it'll probably take small claims court to ever see the money to fix the water line. Nevermind the fact they've messed up our yard and flower bed! I was so angry Wed I failed to get photos of the mess before they cleaned most of it up...although there's still crap all in the flower bed. To add insult to injury....they came back yesterday and dropped more trees in our backyard this time, leaving holes which could have busted more water lines/irrigation heads (we won't know because irrigation people can't come until tomorrow - that's been fun), left debris and ropes in our yard, and do you think they apologized or offered to clean it up?! HA!! Not that we would have ever allowed them onto our property. The absolute inconsideration and irresponsibility of some people is just incredible. Know who you're hiring. And DO NOT hire these guys!! *1 star is because I could not post without it.

Purchased a fixer upper home. Contracted with Mr Goff in August to cut down 2 trees, clear a unkept garden and bring it to grade level. Remove overgrown Ivy from fence and brick wall of home and clean front landscape bedh. First his crew drove on neighbors lawn with truck and trailer without permission. When neighbor complained, Goff team member was so rude the neighbor called police. Then work proceeded fine for a couple hours. Then Mr Goff asked for full payment, said he had to leave. Paid, then his crew got lazy, did not finish the work and left shortly after Mr Goff left. Called to remedy the situation. Mr Goff said he would come back and finish or refund us $200 dollars from the bid. That was August, still waiting and no longer takes our calls. Do not hire this company. Not reliable to complete what they promise.

Requested half of the money up front, then did not return to do the job when he said he would. Had to be called to get him back out. Was supposed to grind a stump--put it off for another week after receiving full payment and still hasn't returned. Will not return our calls.
