He cashed a check from me for $ 1,500 promising to return to complete a job I contracted with him. He never returned and stole my $ 1,500. He is a crook. Stay as far away from him as you can. I plan on prosecuting him for grand theft and embezzlement. He needs to go to jail for what he is doing to people.
