He was running 45 mins late to our agreed upon appt time and I decided to stick around until he showed up. He then sends a text 45 mins later saying no parking so he will pass on job. (Sorry I had other subs working who showed up on time. The world does not revolve around you Joe.) Wasted my time but glad he fired himself before I ended up with bigger problem on my hand had I decided to hire him.
