Stephen was awesome! He came to our house later on a Saturday evening and not only solved our pressing drainage problem, but was prompt, personable and professional throughout. Beyond just being adept at his profession, he was helpful in talking through other plumbing related issues in our home, even going so far as to suggest ways that we could investigate/potentially-fix a problem ourselves simply, before having to involve/pay a professional. I wholeheartedly recommend Bassett plumbing.
