I called and a woman answered, "HELLOOOO!" I asked if it was a remodeling company and she said, "what do you want?" I told her I wanted my porch remodeled and she told me they didn't do this type of work and she hung up on me. EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

Pricing was fair, timing to install was fair, but it was above my budget and decided not to do any renovations. So... I texted and cancelled payment same-day as the quote, which is within the 3-day window, and got inundated with calls and texts to guilt trip me to finish the project.

Lee came and bid our bathroom shower door job, sent her installer to measure, took a $1000. Deposit and Never showed up, We called and she said they will come the following Friday at 2pm. They didn't. We emailed and soon their email went into nowhere,We left messages and the Voice mail was first full, then the phone # was disconnected. Never heard from them again or our $1000. Deposit. Left the Country,went back to Israel as far as we can tell.......

We recently had a bathroom remodel done by Top Home Remodeling and were very happy with their work and especially with our project manager, Simon. Their workers showed up on time, worked diligently on the project, and cleaned up each day when they were done. Simon was on site every day to make certain the work was progressing, and he was also a huge help with the design details and in making sure everything was done to our liking. The job was completed professionally and on time and looks great! We would definitely give 5 stars to Simon and Top Home Remodeling.
