They educating me on the costs and performance of several options for a new system. He had costs for several options with in minutes and after discussing all the options, I approved him to get started. He came the next week, on time and with proper help and spent the day replacing the inside and outside units. Manual and his guys were always helpful and professional and the AC is working great.
