All of a sudden my 27 year old boiler starting leaking. On a recommendation we called Hardcastle. We are not disappointed in our choice. Kyle and J.D. came and explained to us our options and we selected a "combie" solution which provided us a tankless system which we wanted. These two were the consummate professionals. We looked at the replacement equipment as something to keep us warm and provide hot water. To them this was a piece of art. The finished product looked so good that you almost wanted to leave off the doors and let people see the boiler in all of its grandeur. We weren't quite there but it did look great. Kyle and J.D. kept us informed every step of the way. The provide space heaters and even made sure we could take a hot shower on the 2nd day before they started the actual replacement. Kyle went over all of the workings once the job was complete. We believe that we got the best product available and the service was what you hope for but rarely receive. We couldn't be happier with the new boiler and the professionalism that these two brought to the project.

I had a boiler go out, and the Hardcastle team was very helpful. Kyle worked quickly to get the new one installed so we would have minimal time without heat. The price of new boiler is extremely expensive, but they did work with me on financing options. This is the 2nd time I have used Hardcastle and both times I have been very impressed with the level of customer service, and hard work of this team. I would definitely recommend.

A big shoutout to Chris and Hardcastle Heating & Air! I was in a pinch trying to disconnect the gas from my stove so Lowe's could connect my new stove (seems they won't touch gas lines any more). Chris found the awesome Garrett who was way stronger than me, and he disconnected the line, plus explained what I should buy to reconnect! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As always!
