Emerald City Kitchen & Bath is great to work with. Shay does excellent work on every job, whether big or small (we've done both bigger things and many small things with Shay). He has excellent all-around skills for most anything that needs fixing, and does a high quality job at a fair price, is punctual, cleans up properly afterwards, and gives good practical advice. Basically everything you want in a contractor.

We had a wonderful experience working with Shay. What we thought would be a simple shower remodel turned into a full plumbing job. No matter how many surprises kept coming up, Shay ensured us he would be able to handle it and didn't let us worry. He kept on working until the job was finished. We’ve worked with Emerald City Kitchen & Bath Inc. for 10 plus years which is a testament to Shay’s level of professionalism and stellar attention to detail. Through the years we’ve completed multiple projects with Shay’s expertise. Some projects included a full trex deck off the back of the house, wainscoting and crown moulding and most recently a fully remodeled kitchen and tv room. We had a vision for the space and Shay made that a reality. He takes great pride in his work and each step is well thought out. We had some very complicated renovations and spoke with several contractors before hiring Shay. Shay was the only one able to accomplish what we wanted. From beginning to end, the renovations were extremely well planned and every detail covered, even those that I had never thought of. Shay made recommendations, provided clear and fair pricing, was thoughtful about project timing and really considerate about working around our family. Shay was onsite and always available by phone/email. Shay and all of his employees became like family, they made every effort to keep our house clean and family comfortable throughout the renovation. I honestly cannot say enough good things.
