HOME ROT-AWAY

Allen was a pleasure to work with. I had squirrel damage on the side of my chimney close to the roof. Allen replaced the wood and painted the area. The price was very reasonable. He accepted my initial call, explained the procedure for the repair that I described and asked that I text him photos of the damage. I did and to my surprise he immediately provided an estimate and said that it would be about 2 weeks. Honestly, I really didn't expect a call back (this is due to previous dealings with other businesses in the area regarding this repair- service is just plain terrible and most folks just don't call you back). Due to the weather - Allen was able to work me in sooner. He called and said he would arrive between 8 and 9 in the morning. He arrived as scheduled and completed the work. I was very relieved to finally have this job completed. No one wants a big hole on the side of their chimney and I have been living with this all summer. I will call Allen first the next time I need wood repairs. I have no problems referring him to folks. I would like to know if he provides other home repair services as well. I would use him for other projects if he does.

This is my 2nd time calling Allen for help on rotted wood areas and carpenter bee infiltration. He is a 5 star pro. His prices don't break the bank and he does excellent work. Above and beyond.

Allen was great. I called him requesting quotes for dry rot repair. Quote was 1/2 the price of previous quotes and work was completed less than a week after contacting him! Because he does other work, he quoted me on additional items and we are working with him on other repairs. Great service.
