Vivid Color Landscapes

We were SO excited when we had Victor from Vivid Landscapes come out to look at landscaping our backyard! He had great ideas and was very personable. This was in early March of this year (2018) During the consult, he mentioned that he was pretty busy and would not be able to get to our project until the "end of May". We were ok with that because we felt that it would still be early enough in the season for us to enjoy the finished product for the summer and it would also be early enough in the summer for the plantings to take hold. That's where the issues began. He said he would get us a quote as soon as the next week. Well after 2 weeks, we STILL did not have a quote for the project. Then it dragged on until almost a month before we got even a quote! As soon as we got the quote, we sent a deposit for half the cost of the job and asked them to please let us know when we could get on their calendar. ANOTHER few weeks passed by and many texts went unanswered! The communication was TERRIBLE to say the LEAST! We began thinking that they really didn't want to do our job!! Finally as the "end of May" was approaching, we texted again to ask WHEN they had planned on doing our job!!?? STILL NO RESPONSE! At that point we asked for our deposit back and now we are back to SQUARE ONE due to their inconsideration and lack of professionalism! We gave them ONE more chance when they promised to get us on the schedule in the following 2 weeks. Well, now we have had rain for the past week and they are putting us off and blaming it on the weather.....We are DONE with Vivid Landscapes, so I want to warn you not to waste your time because they obviously have more business than they know what to do with. Having been a business owner myself I understand the trials and tribulations and how things can happen from time to time but their lack of professionalism and horrible communication is inexcusable!
