DO NOT use The Remediation Team if you are looking for quality work. We began with demo on a water damaged bathroom in April and we still do not have a completed job. The pictures will show you the “quality” work they really do and apparently this is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. We have been in constant battle with them on completing our bathroom. They sub contracted out our renovation that then sub contracted it out to someone else. The pictures attached are from the second time they had to come out to fix the horrible work that one of their sub contractors did. Be aware that you have to have everything in writing and basically signed by the owner Michael, because they will not honor their word to you about anything unless it’s in writing. Please be aware of this company and it’s unsatisfactory work and business etiquette.
