Stay far away from this company!!! Would give them a zero if I could. We are currently in credit card dispute because they wouldn’t refund my deposit back after not doing one minute of work. They will gaslight you into giving them a deposit, then Elana (owner) will accuse you of pressuring them into doing a shit job when you ask questions about the process. They promised to fix my shed roof and vinyl fence. I gave them a deposit after the first set of guys came out and told me they could do it. I had a hard time going back and forth with Elana (owner), her voicemail is always full and she rarely answers her texts, when she answers her texts she is rudely defensive for no reason. She was rude at any question that was asked.She had sent out 3 sets of different workers on different days, ALL doing the same thing…measuring, taking pictures and promising that they would look into finding a perfect match for the fence and shingles. The last set of workers came to my house on Aug 31, 2020 (the day she promised the work would begin) pulled out a crumpled piece of paper with a few numbers on it and told me that that was all that Elana had given him to work with and that he had to leave from here to go to home depot to find the fencing materials (the panels that looked and worked with my fence) to fix the fence and that they were only going to work on the fence (not my shed). …which told me that they had not even started looking for the materials before then. The workers previously, came by and looked the week previously and said that they themselves would do the work on both the shed and the fence all on Aug 31. Now she said she would refund me the deposit but she would also take out the time it took to find the material needed. I asked her to send me information and proof that she accumulated material and she said she would get back to me…just like she would be getting back to me with my refund….she’s got a good thing going here. Promising something but not delivering and keeping deposits from unsuspecting customers.

I have used Total Asset Solutions several times at my home. They get the job done and they get it done the first time. They like doing all the small things that never seem to get done at your home. Once I had them here for one thing and they were able to fix a few other things at the same time. I like getting things crossed off my honey do list! They are a real asset in my household.

Total Asset Solutions has helped us with several jobs both in our primary residence and our rental home when we were getting ready to sell. They are prompt , courteous, their work is wonderful, they are always there when they say they'll be and get the job done. I had several things that needed to be done to sell my rental property. They handled the work beautifully. Both of the real estate agents raved about how good everything looked. And the best part? The bill is always so much less than I think it's going to be! Can't recommend them enough!
