Would not recommend this company to anyone. The installer broke off a piece of our bathroom cabinet we just got installed and he tried to hide it by putting a shim in the gap that he made. He left a big gap between the floor and the cabinet and again tried to hid it by putting a piece of quarter round over it, and that was the only spot he put quarter round in the entire bathroom, it looked ridiculous. He didn't have the right tool to replace our toilets water pipe and said he would be back that night to fix it and never showed up or even give us a call. So we didn't have a working toilet for over 24 hours and my wife was pregnant at the time. Lastly, I had to buy all of the materials from Lowes and have it there for them to install, after the installation he stole all of it including the items he didn't use for the project like caulk, quarter round and more. Please please please do not use this company.

I am writing prior to our job completion because IT IS NOT COMPLETE!! Our contractors who SPEAK NO ENGLISH show up 2 hours late on Day 1. They were here until 7pm on Day 2 AND THE JOB STILL NEEDED 3 MORE HOURS TO GO. They were supposed to come back Saturday 8/28 and no one showed to complete the job. We have been on the phone for the last 2 hours trying get a resolve over the weekend but its not happening because no one is available on the weekends. HOW RIDICULOUS!! This company stinks. I would give 1/2 star but its not an option.

I had one of the worst experiences with his company to employees came in to lay the carpet they did a semi-decent job on the second floor but when it came to the steps I questioned how the padding was laid because when I saw what he put down it was only a piece that did not even cover the entire step I spoke with a company about this they sent out an inspector who is about as useless as a rubber crutch he took two pictures of the steps and told me that he was going to write a report and turn it into his boss. I asked him what happens next and he literally told me and I quote I don’t know. I then had someone from the company call me and asked me if everything was fine if everything got taken care of and how I liked my new carpet I told her nothing has been taken care of that the guy you sent over here as an inspector was useless he didn’t know the first thing about carpet and she’s like oh I don’t know I’m gonna have to turn this over to a manager. Have not heard a word since and I probably won’t
