Erik was a TOTAL professional. I could tell from the moment he went to work that he was a skilled and conscientious worker. He took the time to listen to me and assess each job based on what I told him and his knowledge base. I felt like he was working with me, not around me, and that it was important to him that I understood what/why he was doing. In addition, I really valued that he tested his work and made sure that the job was complete and done well before he moved on to the next one. Since I needed the work done before my holiday guests stayed, I was super concerned that I had foolishly made the appointment on a bad afternoon and no one would show up. HMM emailed me to confirm and did a great job squeezing me in at a hectic time for them. They TOTALLY delivered and I was so pleasantly surprised. As a result, my guests and I were comfortable, my house looked great and we enjoyed our home thanks to the help of Erik and Handyman Matters of Columbus!
