I believe in keeping my business small so I can be on a first-name basis with customers. Respect and trust are important to me and help give you the best service possible. I work with residential and light commercial clients, and am licensed, bonded, and insured for your protection and peace of mind. Based in Wright City, Missouri, I service the greater St. Louis area, including St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. Charles County, Jefferson County, Franklin County, Lincoln County, Montgomery County, and Warren County. -Free estimates. -For minor issues, I can occasionally troubleshoot with you over the phone, saving you the cost of a service call. -I can recommend the best filters for your budget and needs. -I do my best for the environment. All mercury thermostats go back to the manufacturer for proper recycling, and I recycle and reclaim all refrigerants. -Products and services meet or exceed all government regulations for Energy Efficiency. -I can inspect damage and repair needs from insurance claims, such as lightning strikes, hail, flooding, etc. -Part of delivering the best products and service to my customers involves keeping up with the changing technology and innovations in the industry. I regularly attend classes to be able to give customers the best products. Service call rate is $70, which includes the diagnostic to see what is wrong with the system, and the first hour of labor. Parts needed to complete a repair, and time beyond the first hour, are additional. For new installations, I am a member of several rebate groups to save you money.
