DO NOT HIRE Remark Home Design. We did a big job with Remark Home Design in August- December 2018. And we regret choosing this company over other quotes. 1. Brian was soft spoken and professional at the start. But then after he got the contract- things changed. Everything was his way. 2. They missed to install a HVAC system in the nursery. They put a register but nothing attached to it. I never checked as we never used that room back then (we were not parents then). 12 months fast forward- We moved our daughter in and realizes there is no AC/Heater. I spoke to Brian about it. As the warranty was expired by 3 months - He refused to do the work. - Did not answer my calls as matured professional. 3. He and His guys used our bathroom when there was a portable bathroom specially for the job (we have cameras). His people also opened cabinets in the house when we were not present. 4. Work is also not to our expectations- Fans and lights are installed unsymmetrical etc... I highly NOT recommend this contractor. I thought he is a good person but how he dealt with us after he got his money was ridiculous.
