I hired Greg Nolan on 8/25/2016 to trim 3 bi-fold doors and adjust the door frame on our front door. He told me on Thursday that he would be out on Saturday 8/27/2016 between 2-4. I received a phone call from his wire Holly at 2:30 letting me know he wouldn't be coming out that day, but instead could come out the next day, Sunday the 28th. He was roughly 10 mins late and the entire project took 8 hours.  I noticed while he was working on the door frame that he used the wrong screws on the pull handles on two of the bi-fold doors and expected me not to notice. During this time my husband came home. I showed him what Greg had done and he told Greg they needed to be replaced by him since he made the mistake. Greg and Holly both left and told my husband they would be right back. An hour and a half later they arrived and put on the new pull handles.  I emailed Greg the next day with pictures of the smallest bi-fold door showing him where he chipped the paint all the way down one side of it, how he didn't use the new track, and how the pull handle wasn't even centered. I never heard back from him so I called him on Saturday September 3rd, no answer then either. I called his wife Holly on Tuesday September 6th to find out what was going on. She told me she needed to speak with Greg and promised to call me back. She did call me back, left a voicemail stating that Greg could come out on Friday the 17th to inspect the door. I called her back a couple of hours and left her a voicemail stating Saturday would be better, I never heard back. I called her again on the 9th and she claims she never got my message but said Greg could come out on Saturday and we agreed for 10am.  Saturday morning I got up and waited for 2 ½ hours for him to show up. Between 10:00-12:30 I called Greg and Holly a couple of times each. Neither one of then responded to my calls. Since Saturday I have called them each twice and they stilll will not respond. Very unprofessional!
