| Basement Remodel into Dance Studio and School Room | Sep 2015 | This was a highly detailed remodel of an unfinished basement into a beautiful 3000 square foot space used as a dance/balet studio, school room, theatre room and more. We had to create a wall chalk board which was a magnetized paint, so you could put magnets directly onto the finished surfaces. Taking about 2.5 months for the finish work alone, this was a highly detailed and intricate job to take on. With dark, knotty-alder stained and lacquered doors throughout, fine finished enamel work sprayed into the large box windows with a conventional (for extra atomization of the finish), and a magnetized chalk board paint for the school room, this was one of the most beautifully crafted projects we've had the pleasure to work on. | Zillah, WA |
