Shephard Plumbing LLC

This company installed the wrong equipment and refused to fix the problem. Then blamed me for not knowing it was wrong. Eventually calling me a liar and swindler looking for freebies. This is after I agreed to pay the difference in the correct equipment knowing mistakes happen. They also didn't pull any permits so I have to file & pay for permits and pay someone to fix their mistakes. The owner admitted that they have ZERO experience with the actual unit I needed installed and that the job was mismanaged.

My husband is a contractor, he uses Shephard Plumbing as a sub contractor. He feels the company is professional and competent. We had a pipe break/water leak in our downstairs storage room. We called Shephard Plumbing this morning, Jeo arrived mid afternoon. He was great, he diagnosed the problem quickly, then replaced the pipe and faucet. A job well done.......now I’m impressed with the service and professionalism of Shephard Plumbing LLC.
