About Keith L Patterson
Dad Keith and his sons work together to make your plans a reality! Located in Central PA in 2006 after 18 yrs. of missionary work in SE Asia. Specializes in working with homeowner to develop the project as it is built so that changes can be made during the building process. First 1.5 hrs. is $75, then $40/hr. thereafter. Most plumbing repair and electric repair can be done in the first 1.5 hrs. Larger jobs can be bid. Proposals are sent via email with detailed description of work to be performed, costs, and terms. Questions and clarifications are always welcome!
