i see the same post from same guys most likly ssme that post on craigslist well i hired thrm regardless of the comments i see and read scott came out to my house towards end summer inspected my roof showed me pics of issues and he was there to give me estimate as i wanted new roof he was honest by telling me it was good still for least 10 more years i had him give me price anyway and week later i calked him back hired him he gave me sample book and a week to decided on color and type shingle while my deposit cleared he then gave me start date and end date in a 3 month dpan due to weather i understood where he was coming from day he said he would start he was there 7 am with his crew 6 guys total he explained the process they began covering my home with tarps plywood and my plants and shrubs things went smooth scott told me from the start tgat his company isnt the fastest at all like the other doing a roof n a day all though they could but they base there business off quality craftsmanship so taking time they dont miss or skip anything 2 days my job was done i couldnt even tell they was there by the way the ground was spotless since my neibor used them and my brother and a few friends are useing them this year sodont believe and hear everything you see common sense you can see sane reviews same people thanks scotty and crew

Let me just say if there was a zero star rating it would be too high of a rating for this guy. He has ripped off and damaged so many properties but yet he continues to be allowed to do business out there. Do your self a huge favor and look at review on yelp and other sites AND go onto the PA Judiciary System and look him up there. You will be amazed at the number of cases against him in both criminal and magisterial courts. If you use him because you think he is giving you a good deal just remember, "if it seems too good to be true it usually is!" I promise you will regret ever letting him on your property! My experience with quality exterior and remodeling has been a complete disaster- Dealing w/ Mr. Scott Klieman w/ Quality exterior and remodeling, I found him to be less then honest with no sense of integrity- specifically not completing the job as it was written in the contract- Recently took Mr. Scott Klieman to civil court and was awarded $4000- I am now currently pursuing Mr. Scott Klieman in a criminal case i.e. theft by deception- After some legwork and a little research I found a number of people who were victimized by Mr. Scott Kleiman with Quality exterior and remodeling. Please do your research before hiring Mr. Scott Kleinman w/ Quality exterior and remodeling- as I don’t want to see anyone else victimized- If anyone should have any concerns in reference to the same situation w/ Scott Klieman, please do not hesitate to email-
