J and K opened its doors to service the Peninsula in 1989. Our goal was and still is to give our customers the best service available. We relocated to our new shop in Yorktown, on George Washington Memorial Hwy. in 2010. We are an Elite American Standard dealer, and our employees are factory trained. We have been a customer care dealer since 2005. We believe American Standard equipment is the best match for us, in providing the best customer satisfaction; however, we are not limited to American Standard if you have a favorite product. We service all brands of hvac equipment and accessories. We service and install commercial and residential water heaters. We install all types of gas appliances. We install gas lines and we are members of the qualified gas contractors. We service and install light commercial hvac equipment. We have Safety and Efficiency Agreements (SEA) for both residential and commercial applications. Our company has been successful mostly by word of mouth and that has worked well for us. Knowing that, we want to make sure that our customers are satisfied with all our work, and would feel 100% comfortable with recommending our company to their friends and family. We are loyal to both our customers and our suppliers and have maintained a relationship with both since we opened our doors.
