This company came into my house, because I had a fire in my house. I did not choose this company, however my contractors subcontracted this company. The owner Tommy Danley was very nice at the beginning and had his crew over working. He led me to believe that his crew was all checked out and had no priors. That was not the case. However, he was told not to leave one of his men in my house alone with me, and/or alone in the house by himself at all. I felt very uncomfortable with this particular person. Tommy did abide by that for a bit. His wife Tina came and cleaned up the main part of the house. She was wonderful, she works very hard. As the project continued on, I came home to all my doors being open to include my garage door and no one there. After speaking with Tommy the person that was not to be here alone was. I discovered two days later my tackle box and two fishing poles were missing. I am not pointing fingers at anyone, just coincidence. Tommy then hired a person to put in the tile in a bathroom. He had to do the shower, tub, and floor. That guy came over three times, I have no idea what he did but then vanished into thin air. Instead of looking for him, Tommy just let the project sit. I brought to Tommy's attention that the guy had priors with drinking and hit and runs. Once, Tommy realized the person was not coming back, he then decided to do the tile work. It was a sloppy job at first. The main contractors had to come fix several problems with Tommy's work. To include the cracked tile. Once, we told Tommy about the mistakes that needed to be fixed, he told me and the contractor that he would be over in the morning first thing. I have still yet to see him and that was the beginning of July. Now, he did send his son over to do something in the bathroom, not sure what. Again, the contractor and myself spoke to Tommy about the cracks in the tub tile and tile that was not grouted down, he said he would be over first thing in the morning. I have all of this in writing. Once again, still haven't seen him. He then sends his wife to come and clean up his mess. She again does an excellent job. However, Tommy is no where in sight. She lets me know that he is mad because they had plans that night and she is not home. She worked from about 1 to 6:30 p.m. that night. He didn't come to help out, she did it all, to include painting things that Tommy and his crew missed, fixing the tile, re sealing the tile, and cleaning up all the paint that was slopped around the house. After the tackle box was stolen I put locks on my fence doors so no one can come in without a key. Tommy gave the key to the drunk that started the tile and I didn't get it back. I then gave Tommy a key to locks again. AGAIN STILL NO TOMMY AND NO KEY. I started asking for my keys on July 16, on July 27 when I threatened the BBB, he called me very snarky and let me know not to call him any longer that he will put my keys in the mail that day. That was over a week ago. STILL NO TOMMY AND NO KEYS. Then he threatened to call the police on me, because I was calling about my keys. He is not trust worthy, he doesn't need to have keys to anyone's house, as he will not give them back. Painting wise he is ok. He had one of his crew members paint my pool deck, I had paint all over the handles, all over the inside of the pool, and all over my bricks outside. He told me and the main contractor he would have that person over first thing the next morning to clean it up. NO TOMMY NO CREW MEMBER. Then said that my main contractor was supposed to take care of it. He forgets about what he tells you then tries to lie his way out of it. Tommy Danley is not a business man. If you want anything done ask his wife. She is the hard worker and gets things done. Danley's Professional is not professional at all.
