-Top Cops Painting and Home Improvement was started in 2006. - Owner is a retired police officer after 30 years with Raleigh P.D. - We handle most all facets of home improvement and repairs, to include, interior/exterior painting, popcorn ceiling repairs, and removal. - Rotten wood is our specialty including whole house siding, replacement, deck repairs, screened in porches, etc. - Other common major replacements and repairs includes windows, trim, and window sills that are rotting using wood and vinyl wood. - Punch list repairs on 'homes for sale' and those under contract. - Power washing of houses, driveways and walkways. -We install wooden fences and repair them also. - Many different handyman projects and services to include: installing ceiling fans, faucets, lights, hand rails, toilet repairs and installation, etc. -
