Tim Sherron talks a good game but does not follow through. He replaced our entire roof, installed wider gutters and gutter covers in August 2021. A $25,000 job. Since the first time it rained after that we have been trying to get him to come fix the fact that water is now leaking between the facia boards and the gutters. Something that was not happening before. At first he would respond with excuses of why he could not come right then but saying he would come. He never did. Now he will not even respond. He is right there on time when it is time to get a check - which he "needs" before the job is finished by the way. I guess I should have realized that if a company has been in business for 15years but cannot buy materials for a job without the customer paying for them (and it was an insurance job so he was guaranteed payment) up front, then maybe he is not as successful as he would want people to think.
