Outrageous prices nearly $1,800.00 for less than 2 hours work and $89.00 in parts , Trying to take advantage of our situation. Will never call this company again.

Said he had a crew to move & ready the area in basement. No crew, just himself. Put up plastic patrician for dust protection carelessly & pulled paint off my walls when removing; while also didn't put up plastic barrier where it should thus leaving to me more labor than necessary. In moving items & furniture without my knowledge, items got stacked unnecessarily on furniture without care causing scratching & damage. He never returned to check out his work the next day as said he does as routine, to see if drying properly, etc. Left heavy filled cement trash bucket (!!) Who did he expect to carry THIS out?? Arrogant attitude. I am alone, a widow in my '70ies. I don't need this kind of service. Overcharged me. I feel he should pay for the repair/paint to my damaged walls. He grabbed the invoice to write more on it after I signed. Only to discover later that he had to add "not responsible" for the wall damage because of plastic protection applied!!! Leave the dang plastic off, --& I'll be responsible for the clean up of dust =which I am already having to clean up anyway. (The "damage" necessary to tear up the basement floor just to get the job done is not an issue here; I had no problem sighing my name to such responsibility as "a given"). Nevertheless, surprised this fellow is still in business!!! Being so cynical with a personality of seemingly constant anger & a state of unhappiness, why does he stay in such a field of making a living?? Why is he such a liar? Wish I never had to deal with him. (And it's sad, too. Because if concentrating on ONLY the job having to be done, ...he did good work & in good time. The preparation & "clean up" was a disaster & costly. And means a lot. The man lies. Having tried to call, never got a pick up or answer -no possible way to leave a message. Of course, never a return or acknowledgement. Again, I wonder why he is still in business. I should have written a review long before this.

This plumber was a total nightare! He actually left things worse than when he arrived. He was rude and disrespectful. When I calmed down and added up the items on his bill I realized that the numbers didn’t add up. He had overcharged me by more than $100. I now need to call another plumber to fix what he was suppposed to fix. Do not use this guy!!!
