I ordered a very expensive table from Erik in May. It was to be a wide plank walnut 10 ft. table with steel I beam X legs. I went through hell to get him to deliver over a month late. When he delivered he unexpectedly worked on the table until almost 12 am in my parking lot. He did not admit there was a problem. It was at that time I realized it was a butcherblock table with black steel legs that weren't even close to what I contracted for. He brought the table up with a wet top. It wasn't what I asked for but at least it didn't look bad. I paid him the total that was owed despite it being the wrong table. By 7 the next morning, he was harassing me. Said he didn't have a check account and that he wanted to immediately be paid online. Although I tried to accomodate, Zelle wouldn't work. That's when he continued to harass and threaten me over and over. When I saw the table 2 days later, the top was bubbling and very rough. Not something you would want to use as a conference table. By the third day the splotches were all over. Erik said he wanted his table back and he would refund my money. I agreed. Well, I guess he rethought that and didn't have money. I then offered to give him the difference after I fixed the top and bought the correct legs. No, that wasn't good enough either. I now find out he has a rap sheet a mile long, to include forgery. Since I ordered the table in May, he has had non stop 1 star reviews with all the same stories. Stay far away.
