Rod took $250 upfront to install a glass shower door as a referral from Home Depot. He never showed. Excuses were funeral, dental appt., inclement weather and power outage. I asked for my money back after a month of this and he hasn't sent a dime. He is always sending out the check on "Friday". He now wants $100 for his time at Home Depot to pick up the door without any proof he was even there. I was conned. Filing a claim at local magistrate.
