We had Apollo Drain & Septic Services go do an inspection and service on our septic tank. They decided to use our water faucet that's attached to the garage. Well, they tried taking off our hose to put on their own hose and they broke the faucet off and the threads were left inside the plumbing. So they inserted an expandable tool to try to get the threads out and they ended up breaking our plumbing! Good thing my husband went outside to check and he noticed that they had just stuck in the new faucet and turned on the property water. They didn't even do it properly and the employee told my husband that someone will call but that he needed to go to his next job. He left while the garage wall had turned into a water fountain. Now the owner doesn’t want to take responsibility for the costs of the water damage, plumbing repair, and drywall repair. He says there was already water damage because he noticed there was chipping paint. I have proof of 2 home inspections, 1 plumber, and 1 licensed contractor that was sent to inspect the damage that show there was no prior damage at all. I have a feeling there will be no solution but I want to send out a fair warning that while the actual septic inspection may be properly done for about $750, he will take no responsibility for any damage done by his employees to areas they were not supposed to be touching anyways.

Do not choose this place for your septic needs. This place was recommended by our real estate agent and it was a very costly mistake for us. We are selling our house and we have to get our septic tank inspected. We were only expecting have to pay for the inspection fee, because that is what we asked Apollo to do, is just the inspection. When we got the $910 bill from Apollo we were shocked. Apollo charged us $400 to dig a hole 4 feet deep and they pumped our system without our approval, because it wasn’t a “repair”. The home was vacant and the previous sellers did not pump the septic tank when we bought the house. So, there was a lot to pump, which is understandable. But, if Apollo would have consulted us, called us, or informed us we would have found another option to dig a four feet hole, and shopped around for another company to pump our septic. The owner said that his guys called him for permission to dig, but they didn’t call us. In the end, all we wanted was to be refunded for the dig, and for them to change their policy to inform their customers of such a costly expense.
