Those other reviews must have been friends of his. A simple countertop was all that was needed. His promised date was July 1-4, I had to push the date only ONCE, he pushed it 3 times. Its now AUGUST and it was installed today. He left me with a non-functional kitchen, never once mentioning that I need a plumber to install the sink that i purchased from HIM (meaning I was under the impression that he was installing it) I now have a plumbing bill to deal with after all of this. He hardly returned phone calls, he was ALWAYS out of state for the weekends with no phone access, so much that I had to threaten to cancel the entire job if he didn't answer me. It was a long, frustrating job just for a simple countertop. I don not recommend this unprofessional "craftsman" to anyone. And if you chose not to listen to me, do yourself a favor and pay with a check so when he leaves you incomplete, you can stop payment. I believe he took advantage of a single woman and her elderly parents. I found him at the Raleigh home show and since I'm in the construction business myself and have connections there, I will recommend to them as well that he shouldn't be allowed to rent space there in April.

3 projects: Drop down ladder install, drop down ladder insulation install, roof ceiling tape--for fire wall. They were all unique requests and had to be completed quickly. Was prompt, communicated and finished work in a timely manner. Did a nice job overall. Each time they gave me a quote they were usually on the bottom end of their quote. It is apparent they cared about how much they were charging instead of seeing home much money they can make off of you. Has a positive attitude the entire time and is very polite. Is able to send messages via text, email which is convenient for those that have to work.

Marc was very responsive to all of our requests. He was very professional and completed the work in a timely fashion. I appreciated the fact that customer satisfaction was a priority. Would recommend him and will plan on calling him again in the future for our next project.
