DO NOT USE!! Very unhappy with this service. A few months ago he installed a new thermostat and each time the batteries died he would have to come out and restart the system, thus a service fee. The last time, 2 weeks ago, I asked him why he put in a battery operated thermostat and he said he could wire it. He walked in and out of the house a few times, me not knowing what he was doing, then handed me a bill for ober $800!!! I had told him I had sold my condo, and when he handed me the bill, said I would have no issues with the inspection, He had put in freon, added something that would seal a leak for the next 1-2 years - all work that was not discussed. I had sold my home, why would I authorize this work if I had sold my home! We discussed the bill and he adjusted about $50 off of it, but still I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS WORK. I suppose since I m elderly and disabled he figures he can take advantage of me.
