Does not do the work they say they're going to do

This company is poor quality of work and the owner AKA Chuck Caldwell is a real dope head it does not do the work they say they're going to do

One word- unprofessional- sums it up but I will explain. Although I'd received a pretty high estimate from another local company, some dear friends highly recommended yours and the estimate came in much lower. Thought I'd be pleased. The job was started with no interaction with the owner (me). Afterwards, I found trash littered along my driveway (insulation) part of the crate was left under the deck, all for me to dispose of. Bike, Hand truck, ladder were placed in the yard to install the AC and left there, for me to put back in place. When the truck was loaded up and workers ready to leave I caught the attention of one of them and asked that the furniture they'd pulled out into the middle of the room be put back. Eight days later after a complaint about the drainpipe, someone came back and capped it. I could go on but I'm too disgusted, I told a neighbor in need of the same service I could not recommend the company. What a shame.
