They started a project March 6th. By 5/24 they had not completed. I had to hire another company that was finished in 6 days. Left a mess and did about 6 grand of property damage. Mainly to pool cage and patio. Had scaffolding up in front of front door for about 3 months.

As a new house owner, I didn't know where to begin. I had a vision of what I wanted but had no idea where to even get started. After months and months of researching different companies, I reached out to 1 Quality Works. I spoke to Evelyna to see if I could get a quote on how much my project was going to cost me. I was in no rush and was looking for just the right company to take on this project. Eric and Evelyna came out a week after my initial call and did an entire walk through at the house - they asked questions and I explained what I would like done to the house, etc. Eric saw my vision and he made it come to life and I couldn't be happier. If you are looking to add a stucco finish, I highly recommend Eric and his team. Very knowledgable when it comes to this type of work. Oh, he also even redid my two front columns as I wanted them to be thicker! I love how it all turned out :)

We had to have a pipe replaced in an outside wall. The plumbers fixed the leak but it was out of their scope to repair the holes they left behind afterwards. I got several estimates and did some online research before I hired Eric and his crew at 1 Quality Works. We are so pleased that we hired him. The crew was fast, efficient, professional and they did a great job. He matched the pattern of the stucco so that after we paint, we won't be able to tell which part of the wall was repaired. 1 Quality Works repaired the damaged and buckled stucco on the front of my house and did a fantastic job. They went the extra mile to do far more than the specific damaged area, they re-textured a huge area all around it so it would blend in. They also identified what was causing the issue and fixed it once and for all. Lastly, without my mentioning it they repaired a small problem area near the front door without charge! Pricing was more than fair and they are extremely responsive. Would recommend 1 Quality Work without hesitation and will use them again if needed.
