Water Tight Plumbing & Sewer Service

This is the most dishonest business I've ever dealt with! They replaced my water heater in 2011 and just four years later it developed a leak so bad that it flooded my basement. The folks at Water Tight Plumbing installed a new unit (another $1100) and promised me they would send a check back for $350 because the original water heater was under warranty. However, they kept the money instead and won't even return my phone calls now. They also refused to cooperate with my insurance company which cost me another $2100 (the insurance company was going to pay the entire cost since it was a mechanical problem that caused the flooding, but since Water Tight Plumbing won't answer their phone calls either the insurance company can't pay). These people are horrible to deal with!
