I have 20 years directly working in the home improvement industry. I specialize in difficult architectural design, creating solutions for abstract problems. I received direct one on one training for 8 of my first 20 years in the remodeling, and renovation field. These projects included custom woodworking, replicating original late 19th century details, along with combining multiple mediums for a one of a kind end result. I have produced many successful projects for private residential home owners, commercial properties, real estate investors, and historical society home renovations. I also enjoy and am happy to except the small projects that others typically don't have time or simply aren't interested in clearing someones honey do list. These tasks include seasonal gutter maintenance and cleaning, toilet installation, installation of ceiling fans, light fixtures, replacing plumbing fixtures, installing new lock sets and door handles, small Sheetrock patching, electrical switch and reciprocal replacement, fixing a squeaky door hinges or cabinet drawers, patching tile work, hanging mini-blinds and window treatments, caulking a sink or bath, touching up paint, replacing hardware on closet doors, patio doors and windows, replacing torn screens, even hanging pictures and wall decor. No matter what project you need to accomplish, ARK is the only company you will need to solve all of your household needs.

3 day bathroom remodel | Aug 2017 | The costumer had purchased a new home. And was putting their current home on the market. The home was already in great shape well maintained and pleasing to the eye. The main level bathroom was outdated and he felt an upgrade would be beneficial to his asking price. Project consisted of a new tile floor being istalled, a new vanity and top, new plumbing fixtures, lowering of lighting fixture, new mirror, skim coating walls to eliminate flaws, application of primer and paint, new bathroom fan installed, and new accessories. | $5k | Woodbury, MN
Glanzer flooring | Jan 2014 | refinished two existing aged hardwood floors, patching areas to warn to be happy with the outcome. Accomplished three very difficult transition areas from old floor to new floor. Used an unusual choice of product for the new flooring we installed, we used pine wp6 typically used for paneling or wainscotting, it is soft and will wear twice as fast as a hard wood such as oak or birch, the cost per sq. ft was a quarter the price of an average solid floor. Homeowner and ARK are very pleased | $9k | Stillwater, MN
